A licensing regime with an active blocklist
The 2017 Gambling Act opened Czechia to licensed online casino operators and gave the Ministry of Finance tools to enforce it. The Ministry publishes a blocklist of unlicensed sites, which internet providers must block and payment providers must refuse to process.

The RVO is broader than a gambling register
